This vintage green and black homespun dress was made for Spring Byington and has a pleated front, double tier lace trim cuffs, and rear clasp closure. Internal studio white fabric strip with “Spring Byington” hand written in black ink. White fabric strips were used by the tailors at Universal beginning in the early 1960’s. This garment is in excellent vintage condition, and is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the costume house.
