The waitress uniform by “Angelica” was worn by actress Shirley Booth to wear in an unidentified Paramount Production. The cotton uniform has a gingham collar with white buttons (one missing), zip front, gingham and blue bust patch pockets, two lower patch pockets, and matching blue gingham apron and cap. Internal Paramount Studio stamp and labels with “Booth” hand written. These garments are in good vintage condition and accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the costume house.
